1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and gd66 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of gd66's services — including creating an account, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or engaging with casino games — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account with gd66. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, phone number, and email address. Submitting false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may lead to account suspension.

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and never share them with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Immediately notify gd66 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. gd66 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in suspicious activity, or associated with fraudulent behaviour, without notice and without liability.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

gd66 supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenience for all players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions conducted on the platform are subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. gd66 does not accept deposits from third parties. Accepted payment methods include:

• Each bonus offer is subject to a specific rollover (wagering requirement) which must be met before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Stacking bonuses is not permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting the stated wagering requirement.

Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or systematic bonus exploitation — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of related funds, and potential permanent account closure. 8. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without express written consent from gd66.

The gd66 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are registered identifiers. Any unauthorised use of these identifiers, including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials, is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

gd66 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gd66 excludes all warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, relating to the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. gd66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the platform or its services.

In no event shall gd66's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought and even if gd66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Amendments to These Terms

gd66 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the gd66 platform. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. Where material changes are made, gd66 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via on-platform notification or email.

Your continued access to or use of gd66's services following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform and request account closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations.
